India mart is such an cheating company.. Full of cheaters... If you buy from indiamart the seller will cheat you... If you want to sell on indiamart.. The india mart agent will cheat you, the india mart bank agent will cheat you... I[censored] pay the money, then the india mart will itself cheat you... Named as india, but full of cheaters... Cheaters academy is india mart... Untill you pay the payment they will show them as, they are the only best unique one in the world. . But after the payment, they will suddenly get invincible... If you call, they will not take.. Only indiamart customer care will pick..., those will be surely fresher's of the customer care job... They can't even recognize what you are saying.. They will read the papmlet they have, and.. Say do you satisfied with the issue... There is no use if them... Because they itself don't know what to do... If you got cheated... I don't want to use bad words..., if i got the customer, i'll smash him..... And... I blame only indiamart to have those unwanted cheating suppliers... And that's why... Most of the business men will not prefer indiamart... Sir.. If anyone can help me to get my money back... Please contact me sir... Really i have many losses in business... This is an big loss for me... Please help me if any possible... I'll also pay if any fee exist to process the issue... I have all proofs.. Like call recording, whatsapp chat... Hi paid Rs.530/- to C S Parmar of Ati Private ltd on India mart to purchase soap base on 10th May'10 payment receipt was confirmed by him and he said that he has couriered the parcel. i havent received it till date and he has stopped responding to my calls and messages from a week. He can be sern on whatsapp. Though the amount isnt that big, i had borrowed it from someone as i am a new mom and not working. His contact numbers: [protected]/[protected]. His paytm number to which i made the payment is: [protected]. Plese help in getting the money back. I thought let me try and see if it can be solved here first before giving complaint outside as noone else should be fooled like this.

Sorry the date shows wrong year because of typo error. It is 10th may 2019.
The problem got resolved as the vendor paid the money back.
Ordered Spares from Mech Air, Headed by Sagar S and paid full advanced payment on 13/3/2019 and on 30/3/2019 supplied around 25% of the spares that too after pushing very hard.
Now no sign of him and not attending to calls and not replying any messages or E mails .

ASHA agarbatti works.
I have transferred money 15 days passed. They are not answering my calls and not even replying my messages properly.
I called indiamart help line 7-8 hrs passed no action taken.
Can anyone help
