I contract person he told me he has an army man posted in hyderabad army can't i have asked him how can he delivery his activa when he told him will send army cargo. I send 36 thousand rupees paytm account. But not delivery vehicle. I send the that person details. He cheated me. Please refund me i request received the complaint. Please help me. i contacted hin through quikr . and he asked for money claiming he work at airport and can not come in person so will be sending activa 125 by mail. But later he just went back on his word and not even giving back the money he recieved form me.
