Dear sir, I am veronica from pazhavanthangal, i owing an indian bank account with no[protected] in nanganallur branch and i requested for net banking. I had registration in online and activated currently from december i am trying but i was not able log in and but it is showing an error "invalid or pending verification. Contact branch" like that. Dear sir/madam i ordered a product in amaozn and i returned it and amzon sent me a mail stating that the refund has been credited but still it is not credited in my account so pls refund my amount as soon as possible

Purchased product through Amazon online. I made purchase curtains and online payment. But they reduced amount from my account. But they cancelled that purchase due to system failure. I make complaint through customer care. They said they transfer the payment to the bank. The amount was not transfer to my account till date. Amount is 1434.
