Indian Bank — 6 months, still did not receive refund | |||
Name: mohammed rafi Mobile: [protected] Refund reference#: 717950 Bank - indian bank I have purchased a product from amazon by making payment of 599rs through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund with refund reference number of 717950. I didnt receive any refund for that in my account. So, i visited branch for solution and they have no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But even indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. Such waste customer service they have. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank and i see many customers are suffered due to this, in future for which bank should be ready with solution. Kindly please resolve the issue and return my money back, its been 5months, i didnt receive any refund, please respond, facing very worst experience. Thanks Rafi Was this information helpful? | |||

Imps Rs.5000 and Rs. 2000 on 15th February 2020 amount debited in my sb account[protected] but credit to beneficiary not done. Ref[protected]/imps/p2A/[protected] to kvb account for Rs 2000 and[protected]/imps/P2A/[protected] toCub account for Rs5000 l. Kindly give recredit immediately to my account
