Indian Bank — about the not acceptance of refund reference number

I have ordered a product in amazon the refund initiated today they have send me the refund reference number which does not accepted by the they are asking for the utr number which the ecom does not provide pls give me solution for it i have ordered the product through credit card. And this too in convenient for me to be processed pls kindly check with the issue happening.

Indian bank in manali new town Chennai 600103 branch is not providing enough customer service. Always there will not be any staff and customers has to stand in long queue.. ATM machine and passbok entry machine will not work for the 4 days in Week.. Ban employess are not respecting customers
