Indian Bank — amazon has initiated refund but not credited to my bank account

I have cancelled order on 22 march amazon initiated refund on 23 march they said that money will be credited with in 3-5 business days now its april 3 money was not credited to account amazon team were saying we are initiated refund but it was not credited to my account
Amazon simply giving reference number 260250 to talk with indian bank
