Indian Bank — amazon refund not initiated in my bank account | |||
My name is rishabh kumar saxena and i had ordered 2 products of rs.240 and 145 rupees. 1-digital noise cancellation clip collar mic condenser for youtube video. 2-nobelite men's combo pack of two shoes, and order id[protected] and[protected] in amazon on 30-jul-2020 and after 2-aug-2020 and 31-jul-2020 the products is cancelled by the seller side due to the the courier company is not able to deliver at my location. And on 2-aug-2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005402160212161957409 and 30005402160212172125301 And told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy.
