Indian Bank — amazon refund not received in bank | |||
I purchased a new earphone x5 go noise and then returned it as it was not that good but then i contacted amazon for the refund status and they told me they have initiated the refund on 1st feb itself and today its almost 9th feb which is 8 days and they also gave me a refund reference number 823410. I conatced the bank and they told that nothing is there in the account and there is no such thing as refund reference number and told me to ask the amazon service for utr. The bank are just transferring the call from team to other. My bank account number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
