Indian Bank — Amazon refund not received in Indian Bank A/c | |
Refund was processed from Amazon on 2nd October 2021 vide their refund reference number TRLUC9WL0000KTOSNVOY for an amount of Rs. 2122/-, but Indian Bank has still not initiated the refund it's been more than a month, Please check upon this immediately. I have been trying to reach Indian Bank customer care but there is no response from their end. Please resolve this issue immediately. Surprisingly, Indian bank does not have a Dispute Charge form by which I can claim the refund. I have also raised the issue in their customer grievance portal for the second time vide Ticket ID 10241532 but i fear like previous time they would discard the issue citing flimsy excuses. Please help me to receive this refund as being a Sr. Citizen it is very painstaking to get harassed for the refund with no solution for more than a month. I am attaching the RRN details below.
