[Resolved]  Indian Bank — amazon refund not reflected in bank account

I had cancelled my order of speakers for which I paid an amount of rs2099. My bank account is not reflected with the amount however amazon executives states that they initiated the refund on 13th of August. The banks customer care asks for the utr number while i am provided with only rrn number by amazon. My rrn number is YLMJHZZA0000JYIP5E7Z. Please help me in this matter

4-5 hours after my complained was filed I got the refund in my bank account. No calls were made.
Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
