Indian Bank — amazon refund not reflected in my bank account | |
My refund from amazon was initiated on 24/10/19 but the amount has not been credited in my bank account. Amazon is saying they have processed the amount and gave a reference id. When i called the bank’s customer care they are saying they can’t do anything with the reference id. Amazon instructed to file a charge dispute. Please look into the matter at the earliest.
