Indian Bank — amazon will initiate refund but not deposit in my bank account | |||||
My name is ankit kumar and i had ordered product of rs 425 amount surf excel detergent in amazon on 28 july 12:40 min but product is damage so i returned this order and on 1 august 2020 in 2:58 min Amazon initiated the amount to my debit card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number Rrn 74766510216030579416938 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy.
