Indian Bank — amount is debited from account

Sir, i used indian bank atm card for withdrawing the amount of rs. 8000 in axis bank atm machine at mallasamudram, namakkal (D. T) on 22nd august 2019. Amount was not coming but that amount was debited from my account. Kindly refund the amount of rs. 8000 to my account as earlier as possible. I approached the bank they not responding proper manner. My a/c details given below for your references.
