On 7.11.2018 for sundirect DTH recharge I transferred Rs.230 through netbanking.The amount is debited from the bank but not credited in beneficiary account(sun direct DTH). My account No:[protected] We have enquired today in sundirect DTH customer care.They told us to enquire in bank.So kindly enquire this matter and help us by crediting the amount back in my account. Gajalnaickenpatti branch, Indian bank is worst branch because of the newly appointed manager's and deputy managers lethargic attitude towards the customer, not giving proper response and not providing the user friendly banking services. Making the customers to get irritated.
