Indian Bank — Amount not Credited in My Account

Hey,

I tried to Add money on my paytm wallet on 28th December 2016 but went failed twice. But amount got deducted from Indian Bank A/C N- [protected]
By the Name of Ramesh Gautam.

After a month I got a Msg from Paytm related to refund. PayTm informed that they have refunded Amount but Bank will process the same. Yet the amount has not been credited. Please do let me know when i will get my 1000 rupees ????????????????????????????????

My account no. [protected] in January 30 th there has been a deductions of rupees 10000 from my account through atm withdrawal where as I haven't withdrawn money from my account so I want my money refunded please kindly do something quickly
