Indian Bank — amount refund for online banking

Address: Madurai, Tamil Nadu, 625009

I recharged rs 349 to my mobile number through online banking. So amount gets deducted from my bank account. But i didn't receive any confirmation of successful transaction. And i contacted my network provider and they said that there is no request has been received and they asked me to contact my bank official. Then i contacted bank and filed a complaint letter. They say that amount will be refunded 4-5 hours. But tillnow i didn't get my amount back. What the hell is this.

I have not yet received my refund amount which have been initiaed by amazon on june 4 to June 11 and till now not yet recieved my amount not yet do kindly refund my amount ruppes 1114 .so please make sure my refund is complete
