As i have done a transaction from amazon and sucess but i canceled it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on same day the utr no is:[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them contact branch for complain, they put an ip from there side whenever branch contact to the department they said today will credit it but still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

    On 21 june i ordered for a camera in amazon, total amount of 35999rs got debited.
    The order wasnt placed and i haven't received the amount too.
    Its been more than 5 working days.
    Customer care executives are not responding properly to the queries.
    I received mail from amazon that from their end initiation has been done and confirmation mail along with authorization number was mailed me on 24th june.
    I was told that amount will be credited on or before 27th june.
    I havent received the amount yet.
    Bank customer service executive asked me to get utr number from amazon, but amazon executives say that their is no such number and asked to complain about bank in dispute form but indian bank donot have a dispute form at all.
    I have a reference (Authorization) number from amazon, but bank executives are not helping me with that.
    Please let me know the progress of refund status and say me when will i receive my amount.

      As i have done transaction with amazon and i cancelled it but i have not got my refund . AMAZON HAS GIVEN A UTR NO.[protected] THE REFUND HAS TO BEEN DONE BY 2-4 WORKING DAYS ITS HAS BEEN ALREADY 6 WORKING DAYS OVER TILL NOW THE REFUND HAS NOT BEEN DONE . Indian bank customer service representative is very poor they are not responding to the call . So please kindly help me

      I had ordered a product from Amazon and cancelled the product. Amazon processed refund for product on 14th of June and ideally it Should be credited within 5 working days. It is not reflecting in account.

            I attempt payment on website (14/6/2019) :- adlabsimagica.com which was failed and amount was deducted without any sms or notification later i track it from my indian bank app, imagica claims with proof they haven't received any amount for failed transaction. There was not a single message of any payments from account. The amount of 5559.10 is still not refunded by my bank

              Respected sir/madam,
              My father-in-law borrowed the amount by keeping his house documents in indian bank, sarkari (Ifsc code idib000s029) few years back. Right now he settlwd all the amount with interest and clwared all the dues.
              But in bank the manager is responding properly and at last he replied that the original documents are missing.
              How could it be possible? Even though managers might be get transferred but the original documents should be remain in the bank is it so. Now the manager is replying cooly that the documents are missing.
              We believe your bank safety and security and so we are coming to you. Please look into this matter and take immediate action against it.

                    I have ordered mi 6a mobile from amazon on 18/6/19 by making payment of 5999 through indian bank debit card. I have cancel the item and amazon initiated refund on mi 6a with refund reference number 224880 and my order id is[protected]. They even share the transaction id on my registered email id. I also visited bank branch, they deny about this transaction. When i contacted amazon, they requested me to file charge dispute against indian bank customer care... According to there term and condition the amount should be credited within 4-5 working days, which already has passed. So please kindly look into this matter as soon as possible..

                      I bought a pair of shoes from Amazon but later realized that I got the wrong ones so I went for cancellation. The amount was ₹2132, the refund reference number is 165470 and it was supposed to get processed to my bank in between the days 6/15/2019&6/20/2019. It's been two weeks and I still didn't get that money. The bank customer service wasn't able to help me through the phone hence I kindly request to process my refund

                          Sir, i have retired from railways and hold a salary /pension account with a branch at chintadripet branch, ifsc :idib000c040, account :[protected].
                          On 17.6.19, i have recd a message on my registered mobile that form 16for fy 18-19 can be recd from any nearest indian bank branch. I approached the nearest branch at ottery branch, loacted near my residence on strahans, chennai -600012 and contacted the branch manager. I regret to complain that the branch manager flatly refused to issue me the form 16 and said i should only get from the branch where my pension is credited. He did not bothe to look at the sms message recd on my mobile, and in a very dis courteous manner refused to entertain my request and even not allowed me to stand in his cabin. When i told him i will lodge a complaint, he challenged me to do anything. The branch contact is shown as[protected].
                          Sir, kindly clarify why such irrelevant messages are forwarded to customers which are out right rejected by your own branches putting a senior citizen like me with embarrassment and agony/suffering.

I contacted the amazon customer care they said that the refund is initiated from our end. I visited branch for solution but they said that i am unable to do at that matter. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. Amazon customer said that the amount will be credited to your account till 26/06/2019 but no money is credited to my account. So please look into my matter and resolved my issue.

                            My name is Mayank Gupta and I had ordered a Xiaomi Mi A2 of Rs 6249 from Amazon on 17/06/2019 and after that I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 20/06/2019
                            Amazon initiated my amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

                              I have approached for a housing loan[protected] in one of the cantonment branch (trichy).where one of the employee (sathish) doesn't know to treat the customer properly.There was no proper follow up from there side even after 15 days and either the manager of the branch has no proper control over his employee.I believe there should be proper training and knowledge given to the employee about the work and treat the customer properly.Now I'm lost all hope in your poor service.kindly ensure this doesn't happen again

                                I recharged rs 349 to my mobile number through online banking. So amount gets deducted from my bank account. But i didn't receive any confirmation of successful transaction. And i contacted my network provider and they said that there is no request has been received and they asked me to contact my bank official. Then i contacted bank and filed a complaint letter.                                     Sir... I have done transaction AMT 150/- rupees on 26/04/2018 using TEZ . But the transaction failed on same day and a message came refund amount will be credited to my a/c with in 5-7 buissness days. But still not credited my refund amount. I used to transfer AMT 150/- to Mr. Rajesh's IOBA BANK a/c [protected] through mobile no. [protected]. The AMT 150/_ credited and also reversed from his a/c on 26/04/2019.but reversed AMT not credited to my a/c [protected].do needfully as possible as soon.

                                      I requested for a refund in june 17th towards my order placed in amazon for which i got a reply that it would be successful by june 24th. Here is the message (Refund of rs.397.00 has been processed successfully on 6/17/2019. The amount should reflect in your account by 6/24/2019. The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected].), where's it is not reflected in my account till now for which i contacted your customer service to resolve the issue and am not satisfied with their response, therefore am sending you this complaint.
