The transaction was failure. so i try to again the 2ND TRANSACTION IS SUCCESSFUL. 1 ST TRANSACTION IS THE FAILURE.BUT AMOUNT DEBIT CUSTOMER SIDE.More time raise the compliant indian bank(home branch) and online complaint also.but still to date not refund the amount.almost three month finish. kindly take the action ASAP AND REFUND THE AMOUNT BENEFICIARY WITH FINE.
