Indian Bank — atm withdrawal failure and amount deducted in my account

But the system shows me that your transaction has cancelled but the amount of rs.3000.00 has been detected in my account. And there was no sms recived also. So please let me know as soon as posible and refund to my account because i have my account in palakkad branch. And right now in silliguri north bengal for an offical duty.
