I am suganya and i had availed my education loan from indian bank aminjikarai branch in the year 2012. Since i was not in a position to pay monthly installments i decided to close the loan via ots option and as per my manager's mr. S. B. Singh's advice i had paid a full ots amount of inr 232000 on 19.09.2018 and haven't received the the no - due for the same till date

    This is to your kind notice, that i'm a customer of indian bank, @ kanchipuram branch for the past 4&1/2 years. I had an emergency situation so i went to withdrew money from other bank which was nearer to me (State bank of india). I tried to withdrew the amount of rupees 1000, but it was declined again i tried it showed me the same message, even it didn't provide any receipts for declination. Later, i received a message from indian bank that cash of rupees 1000 debited from other bank, immediately received another message it showed your amount recredited into your account, so i went and checked in indian bank atm but it was not.
    I directly met the bank person and gave written complaint about the same, she told me to wait for 15 days but my amount was not credited into my account. I called her to ask about the same she told me that still your complaint is in pending have to send to head office so she asked me to remind the same after 1 week. I called after she replied the same that your complaint is still pending so call me after 3 days the know about the status. It was a worst experience i never felt like this before. I have given the full details below.

    Date of withdraw : 12.04.2019 (Tried 2 times continuously to withdraw amount on the same day, same atm,)
    Written complaint given on : 15.04.2019.
    Called after 15 days
    Again called after 1 week
    Again called after 3 days.

    I have spent one month of my precious time to bring back my amount. So, kindly take the necessary steps to recredit my amount as soon as possible.

        I have done a transaction from amazon and success but they cancelled the order stating unable to full fill the order.
        Rs.14198.00 has been processed successfully on[protected].
        The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected].
        But the amount has not been credited in my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them contact branch for complain, they put an ip from there side whenever branch contact to the department they said today will credit it but still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute. Please look into the matter at the earliest

          I have indian bank s/b account in kilpauk branch, newavadi road, chennai for the past 30 years and also have an s/b account in annasalai, chennai.

          I also have an c/ano.in thirumangalam, chennai

          For income tax returns purpose we have to provide financial year statement from bank - with authorized signature
          Ii too also have accounts in axis, kotak, lvb, idfc 7 union bank

          We have to give request letter to banks amd get our statements

          Only in kilpauk branch, they are insisting to pay rs.50 /account (I have three family memners a/c in the same bank)
          Seeking your clarification, how only one india bank charging?

Reference number for proof of successful refund to your bank: 85215229120917293011133.

            To lodge a complaint with your bank please follow the below steps :
            1.Call up your bank customer care on[protected] or raise mail direct on [protected]@indianbank.co.in & [protected]@indianbank.co.in and specifically, ask them to register a complain.

            2.Ask them to provide you a complaint/docket number for further coordination.

            Once you have raised a complaint, your bank will provide you with an appropriate resolution as per their timelines/policy. Please abide by the timeline suggested by your bank.
            In case you are not satisfied with your bank's resolution, get back to us with the resolution provided by the bank towards your complaint.

              My complaint agings bank manager mr ravi housing board moulali hyderabad telangana ifsc code of bank idib000m307 branch code 00m307 my account number 60417851 kamothe navi mumbai branch i am in hyderabad due some work i i request near by indian bank to kindly provide statement of my account he said printer is not working then i said him kindly mail me he said i have lots of work i cannot when i requested he told me wait out said he waited me 30 minutes in bank after that he said you just give me your account number and mail i'd i provide he after one hour i checked with bank he said i will not do don't ask me i have lots of work you go somewhere this what we expect customer service from you big bank i am holding account last 8 year when i asked him give me branch code he threaten me he will teach me lessons i don't know why he behaving like this can i get explanation

He, along with his mother, an account holder of sbi, presently working in door fareham kendra, approached to branch at beltola, guwahati, assam, pin : 781028 for an educational loan for higher studies to paris through an institution at mumbai. Your bank is listed for availing loan in the concern institution. But instead of co-operating, the your bank suggested to avail loan from sbi,

                    Is there any time schedule for debit activation? I went to Indian bank at 11 am to activate my card but they said that to come between 4 pm to 5pm. I went Three days but same reply, today I waited from 11 am to 5 pm for debit card activation. It is so much inconvenience to the customer, please rectify this issue.

                          I m not getting message when i'm adding balance to my account, balance enquiry is difficult in this bank, where as in other banks they are providing very good facility, they send the message of our balance, by giving a missed call from the number which is linked up with the account, but with indian bank it is becoming very difficult.
                          Please, kindly go into this problem and do needful.

                              cash deposited and machine got stuck

                              On Saturday 11 may 2019 at mylapore branch I have deposited an amount of 1800 through Indian bank cdm.After the machine detected 4 bad notes of 100rs and sent out I took out the notes and pressed continue to proceeded with the transaction. As soon as I pressed continue the machine got stuck and a huge beeping sound was coming from the machine continuously I called the atm helpline immediately and he said the issue will be resolved but nothing...

                              I have returned a product rs357 on 27 april to amzon whose payment i made through my indian bank debit card. Amazon has initiated the refund on 27 april as shown in my amazon account and provided me refund refernce number[protected]. But indian bank has not yet credited my account. I called indian bank costumer care, they want utr number but amazon costumer care do not provide utr number. None of them is solving this issue.

                                I bought the MI redmi note 7 pro of Rs.13999 from flipkart. First time, my transaction has been failed but money is deducted from my account. Second time, my transaction has been done through the Debit Card. But money is deducted two times. When I contact the flipkart customer care he said to me that your money is refund on that day. Please be patience on 9th may. But till the day, the money is not refund. After that again I contact to the Flipkart customer care then he suggest me that please fill up the dispute form to Indian Bank. Please solve my problem.

                                  My order from amazon got cancelled n refund has not initated even after 2 weeks.. I ve contacting the bank since many days n they are asking for a number which amazon can't provide.. This is happening with for the 2 nd time... I want to know my refund status..                                     I recently purchased sony ear phones from amazon and paid through by indian bank debit card, later i cancelled my order and opted for refund to my account through which i placed the order, and i received a mail from amazon saying that my amount rs. 4265 successfully processed on[protected] and should be reflected in my account by[protected], but i didn't received any refund i contacted both customer cares, indian bank people are asking for unique transaction number from amazon, but they are saying they didn't have any kind of that number they have only refund reference number, please help me with this issue

                                      I purchased ear phones from amazon and canceled that item, amazon initiated refund of rs 4265 on[protected] with refund reference number[protected] but i didn't receive any amount in my bank, i called they said this is the only number they have about the transaction that they have done they said they didn't have any utr number about that transaction
