Hi, I'm yuvashree I haven't received my refund amount in my Indian bank account.
I bought one product from myntra but I returned it but still I haven't received my refund amount.
I Upam from bhuj is here to complain about my money deducted on 18/05/2019. I have been complained on 29/05/2019 Bank Complain Number-B[protected]. Till today I have received 505rs out of 3032.94rs. I have visited bank 4 times And Today they telling that still it will take recover on 11 July 2019 to 15 July 2019.

    Dear sir
    I have purchased an item from. Amazon on 8.6.2019 for rs.559.00 and payment for the same made from. My indian bank account [protected] in name of poornima rajan.
    However due to defect i have return the item and i got email. From. Amazon that refund processed on 21.6.19 and will reflect in my account by 27.6.19 and authorisation (Refund reference number) is[protected]. It was also. Mentioned in email that in case of non receipt of amount i may talk to customer care online of indian bank and give this reference. It was clearly mentioned i dont need to visit branch and have to call customer care only. I call customer care and they denied any such proceedure and asked me to visit base branch for refund. They dont want to hear what amazon has mentioned in the email. She also denied taking my request for dispute refund claim. Whereas when such problem happened with my account with pnb they happily considered my request and resolved that.
    Similar type of complaint also raised my another customer of your bank and he also given same answer by customer care.
    Dear sir my family is banking with you for a long time ans. My mother is having account with your bank since 1979. So. Being. Old. Loyal customer i request you to look into the issue and help me getting my refund asap.

    I was ordered mobile on 14th June and i cancelled my order on 18th June 2019. Amazon say my refund amount will be refunded on 25th June 2019. But, I didn't get any payment in my account. Pls do something and get back my money asap my (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is[protected].
    I tried booking train tickets from Paytm for 3 times and the amount of 859.80 got deducted 3 times from the account. They've initiated the refund. Please process ASAP

        A refund of 596 rupees was successfully processed on 23 june 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

        I have called the state bank of india customer service no action is being taken and the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction 136709.

        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

        Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

        Dear sir

        A refund of 596 rupees was successfully processed on 23 june 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

        I have called the state bank of india customer service no action is being taken and the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction 136709.

            I purchased a mobile phone of rs6249 from amazon.in through indian bank rupay debit card ending with 4597 on 17/06/2019 at 10:07 pm but i cancelled the order so amazon initiated my refund of rs 6224 (99.77 and 6124.23) on 20/06/2019 but my money still not credited in my account till date. Amazon give me a refund reference number which is[protected]. So i contacted with reference number many times to bank customer care but they does not solve my problem. Also i contacted many times to amazon customer care but they told me to file a "charge dispute" or "refund never processed" from indian bank. As this time i'm very disappointed to contact many times to bank and amazon cc and every time i'm failing to solve my problem. At this time this is very serious problem to me. Please do something as soon as possible...

            I have approached Indian bank addanki Branch for CLEARING OF RS 100000 (at par cheque). FIRST HE said, he needs confirmation from account holder...i have been confirmed the manager by account HOLDER...after that the manager saying only of RS 50000 will clear. If it is not feasible why he said that he needs confirmation from AC HOLDER. Clarify

                My myntra parcel was picked on 7th june, 2019, after which on the myntra app on 8th june it showed that refund is processed. I have been since then repeatedly calling myntra helplines and indian bank helplines, but no use. My refund has still not been tracked. Myntra says it has been processed into my account from their end. I request the bank support team to validate the refund transaction/s.

                No refund reflected in my account. Been close to a month now. Myntra helped me come on this forum and raise my concern through an email.

                Please track my refund at the earliest. Thanks.

                      transaction password is not activated

                      Dear sir,
                      I am trishna yadav from etawah, i owing an indian bank account and i requested for net banking. They provided a secret login password in 2018. They told me that it was activated but when i try to access that, it shows an error:310 inactive or pending transaction password activation error. So i contacted indian bank kanpur branch manager, he says that it will be activated. But till now i could not able to access that. Please...

                      I have withdraw 500 in canara bank atm (Atm wdl seq no[protected], atm id lwcw0902, transaction date -30.6.19, transaction time - 10.43 am).
                      The cash is not delivered by the atm machine, but in my account amount has been debited 500.
                      (Fyi) before this above transaction i tried to withdraw axis bank atm, i tried 3 to 4 times but i not get any amount. I don't no want kind of problem with axis bank atm machines.
                      Kindly resolve this troubleshoot quickly.

But entered amount rs 3000 deducted in my account every time. Total 9000rs deducted today from my account. Amount is not dispensed by atm in each time.                           I ordered mobile in amazon using indian bank debit card and it was misplaced by them so they said that we would like to refund your money back and it will be credited in your card by which you have purchased that product. But money was not credited to my account. Amazon's customer care section send me a mail saying that the transaction was completed and showing one refund reference no: but bank employees are saying we are not responsible for that it is your responsibility wait for some days if the amount was credited we will update other than this we cannot do anything, like that they are saying. They are not even giving correct information about further steps to do.

                          I placed an order in amazon price of rupees 57, 999 using indain bank debit card but the product has been misplaced by them so they said that money will be refunded. On 22nd june refund had been initiated and processed it should be credited on my account before 28th june but it didn't.. They also provided refund reference id:[protected].

                          Please take futhur actions.. I am very worried about the refund and i will be very thankfull if my problem was sloved.

                                As i have done a transaction from amazon and sucess but i canceled it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on same day the utr no is:[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them contact branch for complain, they put an ip from there side whenever branch contact to the department they said today will credit it but still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

                                  On 21 june i ordered for a camera in amazon, total amount of 35999rs got debited.
                                  The order wasnt placed and i haven't received the amount too.
                                  Its been more than 5 working days.
                                  Customer care executives are not responding properly to the queries.
                                  I received mail from amazon that from their end initiation has been done and confirmation mail along with authorization number was mailed me on 24th june.
                                  I was told that amount will be credited on or before 27th june.
                                  I havent received the amount yet.
                                  Bank customer service executive asked me to get utr number from amazon, but amazon executives say that their is no such number and asked to complain about bank in dispute form but indian bank donot have a dispute form at all.
                                  I have a reference (Authorization) number from amazon, but bank executives are not helping me with that.
                                  Please let me know the progress of refund status and say me when will i receive my amount.

                                    As i have done transaction with amazon and i cancelled it but i have not got my refund . AMAZON HAS GIVEN A UTR NO.[protected] THE REFUND HAS TO BEEN DONE BY 2-4 WORKING DAYS ITS HAS BEEN ALREADY 6 WORKING DAYS OVER TILL NOW THE REFUND HAS NOT BEEN DONE . Indian bank customer service representative is very poor they are not responding to the call . So please kindly help me

                                    I had ordered a product from Amazon and cancelled the product. Amazon processed refund for product on 14th of June and ideally it Should be credited within 5 working days. It is not reflecting in account.

                                      As i have done a transaction from amazon and success but i was canceled so there was refund amount initiated from their end on same day 21/06/2019 at 07.45 pm and the reference no is:[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them contact branch for complain, they put an ip from there side whenever branch contact to the department they said today will credit it but still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.
