I have purchased product and also return the same to amazon due to some quality related issue on this product and from the amazon end they initiated the refund but payment not reflected in my my account (Indian bank).

I m really disappointed in this issue becoz i m following the same issue with bank and amazon end from 20 days onwards...

I m not getting message when i'm adding balance to my account, balance enquiry is difficult in this bank, where as in other banks they are providing very good facility, they send the message of our balance, by giving a missed call from the number which is linked up with the account, but with indian bank it is becoming very difficult.
Please, kindly go into this problem and do needful.

Its the second time i am having the problem again. Money deducted but payment failed when i made a payment at the chocolate room lucknow. The amount was 971.

On Saturday 11 may 2019 at mylapore branch I have deposited an amount of 1800 through Indian bank cdm.After the machine detected 4 bad notes of 100rs and sent out I took out the notes and pressed continue to proceeded with the transaction. I have returned a product rs357 on 27 april to amzon whose payment i made through my indian bank debit card. I recently purchased sony ear phones from amazon and paid through by indian bank debit card, later i cancelled my order and opted for refund to my account through which i placed the order, and i received a mail from amazon saying that my amount rs. 4265 successfully processed...

Hii, my name is g. Sameer eesa, i'm a indian bank customer. My money got deducted while i was transferring my money to my paytm wallet, rs. 300 got deducted twice. I have been complaining it to paytm but got no response. I have sent emails containing my bank statement to both paytm and indian bank, i would like to say that paytm is doing a fraud act as it is not even taking a responsibility to get my money back, it's been nearly 2 months....

I have returned an order on amazon and the refund amount is supposed to be issued by 3-5 days and by now it has been 16 days. When i contacted the amazon customer care they asked me to contact indian bank customer care about this and then the indian back customer care asked me to go to a nearby branch and they asked me to lodge a compliant. I have given a reference number which is[protected]. Give my money immediately...

Rupay debit card was used for transaction at igloo cafe (Kolkata, behala) which amounted to ₹910 but the payment was not received by the pos machine (Cafe) whereas the amount was deducted from my card with the general message. On checking my current balance, it even showed ₹10 less than the amount remaining after deduction of ₹910 which is an incomplete transaction since no payment has been received from their side.
