I ordered product on amazon, and it's refund initiated on jan 25 2019.. But still refund not yet receive in my card on 4 feb 2019.in the indian bank there is no charge dispute form.. The reference number is
[protected].. The card number is protected..in indian bank there is no proper responses. I have lost my 240 rupees. Im asking repeatedly in amazon. They told like, contact your bank and fill the charge dispute form.. Please check it as soon as possible..

      After receiving an sms stating that the cheque book have been issued based on my request:

      I contacted indian bank valasaravakkam:

      No positive response. The reply received while insisting the request:
      “this is not our problem and we may not be able to do anything in this regard”

      Contacted customer care – ph:[protected]
      Unable to get any information except a telephone number: [protected]

      Contacted – [protected]
      Provided a tracking code

      While tracking the code in the post office, we have been informed that
      The cheque book may yet to be dispatched as they have no logistical records of this code.

      I have reached a dead-end now : (

      Kindly help us as to how i may receive at the least an information as to when i will be receiving my cheque book from indian bank, instead of waiting for an unknown date.

      Unless for an emergency situation one may not go around this way.

      Kindly help a consumer of yours : (

        I have cancelled my order on amazon after i paid the money. Then i got a mail that the refund has been processed successfully. They gave the reference number for the transacion[protected]. I tried to contact the customer care but i didn't get any reply from them. Till now i didn't get any refund. Cardnumber:[protected] acc-no:[protected] name:jayakrishna naidu.

        Sir i have book the ticket in irctc .but the amount as been debit from my amount I didn't get my ticket. So please refund my amount

          I have a ordered a product of rs.27995 in flipkart. The seller has refused to get the order and seller telling that the amount had been refunded the money to my account. But i have not got the money back in my account till now. Flipkart had given an arn no.[protected] so i went to nearest indian bank and asked about the refund issue but they r not at all taking in to the concern.

            Dear sir, i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 26.01.2019, and the reference no:[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till date, and i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but, when i am trying to get it done through indian bank, i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter... Jai hind, jai bharat!

                      I have ordered a mobile of cost Rs 12999 with Amazon on 06.01.2019 and cancelled it after few minutes . I had got mail from amazon for refund with ref no[protected] . They had said that the amt will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days . But I did not get my refund till now 03.02.2019. I also contacted to my Indian bank's customer care so that they could locate the refund with the reference no. But customer care executive failed in doing that and she said to me to fill the charge dispute form. And i searched it online but i didn't get the charge dispute form. So kindly look into the matter and process my refund soon. My order no.[protected]

                        I have done transaction on 14 th january 2019 with red bus using amazon. But red bus and amazon already confirmed that they have already initiated the transaction but i have raised complaint ibcwe9* the indian bank website. But the complaint status is completed without any resolution.

                        Please help me to resolve my issue at the earliest.

                        This is not acceptable even when we call customer care they are telling to raise complaint if we raise a complaint without providing refund closing complaint.

                        Hello sir/mam, i have ordered a fastrack watch from paytm of 2099 rupee but after that i cancelled, the amount has been initiated to my account as shown by paytm but i have not received my amount. It's been 4 day since my amount was refunded by paytm. Please siolve my issue. Please check the screenshot i have posted.

                          A refund was initiated from amazon on 22.01.2019 for 928.22 rupees. The transaction reference number is[protected]. I have contacted the customer care several times and they say to visit the branch. When i visited the branch they told me to register a complaint online. I registered a complaint online using indian bank's website but i have not received any response. My reference number for the complaint is ibcwe[protected]. Please help me get my refund back.

                          I transferred 5000 rupees to SBI account. Unfortunately I Used CIF number in place of Account number. But other accounts holder name and Ifsc code is correct. Amount debited from my bank account.

                                Amazon refunded amount is still not reflected in my account even after 10days. I got a mail from amazon saying that the amount will reflect within 7 days. If not we have to contact the bank.
                                But the toll free number of indian bank is always busy. No other means of communication also. Such a big bank but the customer service personnel are always busy.

                                Somehow the amount has reflected finally.
                                I have a doubt whether they checked into problem because I made a complaint using SGPRS .

                                My advice would be to use wallets for shopping online becoz refunds will be much faster.
