A refund was initiated from amazon on 22.01.2019 for 928.22 rupees. The transaction reference number is[protected]. I have contacted the customer care several times and they say to visit the branch. When i visited the branch they told me to register a complaint online. I registered a complaint online using indian bank's website but i have not received any response. I have ordered an item (2 jeggings) of cost 809.00 with amazon on 26.01.2019 and cancelled it after few minutes. I have got mail from amazon for refund with ref no :[protected]. They have said that the amt will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days. If i dint get a refund by 31.01.2019, i will have to contact my bank's customer care so they could locate the refund with the reference no. But customer care executives asked me fill the charge...

Amazon refunded amount is still not reflected in my account even after 10days. I got a mail from amazon saying that the amount will reflect within 7 days. If not we have to contact the bank.
But the toll free number of indian bank is always busy. No other means of communication also. Such a big bank but the customer service personnel are always busy.

I'm anshu kumar. I was trying to credit my payzapp wallet with rs 139 but it was unsuccessful and balance is deducted from my account. My payzapp wallet balance wasn't showing any increment but my indian bank account mini statement was showing rs 139 deduction.

I bought a mobile phone from amazon worth ₹9999 on 15 jan but after certain time i cancelled that order. As i have ordered a product from amazon and cancelled it on 23rd january and been waiting for refund. Amazon people say that they have already refunded and also sent me the tracking number[protected]. But the amount is not credited to my account yet. When they asked me to contact the bank, they said that there was no such option to ask for refund. Kindly please look into this....

I have a refund from payu which has been processed on January 17 but still it is not credited to my account. The arn number is 30001090189006199849495 which is given by payu. Reading all the complaints against this bank, i think they have a big issue crediting refunds to our account.

In srivilliputtur branch, tamilnadu, the employees are not responsive to the customers. All o[censored]s are waiting to pay money for an hour in a single counter. They wont take a necessary step.
