Indian Bank — Bank complaint | |
My name is shobha devi and i had ordered fast mobile charger for asus zenfone max pro (M2) for amount rs 279 on amazon on 9-jul-2020 and return on 14-jul-2020 due to some personal reason. And on 15-jul-2020 amazon initiated the refund to my card but i still didn’t get the money. Amazon sent this reference number [protected] and told me to fill charge disputes form but indian bank doesn’t have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it’s very urgent.
