Indian Bank — bank not refund my money

On 27dec2019 the refund has been initiated of rs.1099 from flipkart to my indian bank debit card and they gave me a reference no.[protected]. Still now i haven’t received the money in my bank account. Flipkart has completed the transaction but bank has not credited the money in my account. I visited my branch and also contact customer care but they are not gave proper response to me. It has more than 20 days i don’t know what is going on. I need my money.
