Indian Bank — cash deposited and machine got stuck

On Saturday 11 may 2019 at mylapore branch I have deposited an amount of 1800 through Indian bank cdm.After the machine detected 4 bad notes of 100rs and sent out I took out the notes and pressed continue to proceeded with the transaction. As soon as I pressed continue the machine got stuck and a huge beeping sound was coming from the machine continuously I called the atm helpline immediately and he said the issue will be resolved but nothing has been done till now.kindly look into the issue my account number is[protected] and IFSC code: IDIDB000J037.
