Sir,
On 30-07-19 from sbi atm (Atm id[protected] used my atm card for withdrawal rs.5000/- at 13.08 pm, but i not received money from atm and then i tried again in same atm at 14.05 pm, but i still not received money, i have reduce money in my account total rs.10000/- which was i have not received. I have complaint in mother branch several times.
But till date i have not received at all. Now they are asking me to pay rs500 for register complaint.
I am attaching here the screenshot of atm withdrawel notification text message that i got via bank alert and atm details which have displayed at the sbi atm.

Please do needful as soon as possible.

Indian bank completely irresposible, they now blaming sbi bank beacause SBI stating that the transaction was successful..
