Indian Bank — charge dispute as refund not processed

I made order in amazon and i have cancelled my order for some reason i used to pay using indian bank rupay debit card and amazon have credited my refund on 27th july 2020 but still now i haven't received my amount in my bank account.
# 362310 reference number of refund from amazon. I have submitted screenshot of email from amazon
