Indian Bank — cheque book request | |||
After receiving an sms stating that the cheque book have been issued based on my request: I contacted indian bank valasaravakkam: No positive response. The reply received while insisting the request: “this is not our problem and we may not be able to do anything in this regard” Contacted customer care – ph:[protected] Unable to get any information except a telephone number: [protected] Contacted – [protected] Provided a tracking code While tracking the code in the post office, we have been informed that The cheque book may yet to be dispatched as they have no logistical records of this code. I have reached a dead-end now : ( Kindly help us as to how i may receive at the least an information as to when i will be receiving my cheque book from indian bank, instead of waiting for an unknown date. Unless for an emergency situation one may not go around this way.
