I have transferred rs.80000 from indian bank to hdfc account through imps on 01/06/2019 and i got "comm failure between indian bank and npci" error. Amount got debited from my indian bank account and still the amount is not credited in the beneficiary account. I used my card yesterday 02.06.19 in a shop POS/ecom at 7.25 pm for RS.1900. first time the transaction was not approved. Second time approved. But my account got debited twice including the not approved transaction. I want to initiate a compliant on the first transaction as that was not approved.
