Indian Bank — complaint regarding refund not reflecting in bank account | |
I ordered a product from amazon app on 9th april 2019 for which i paid ₹1420 through my debut card no.[protected]. Due to some reason i cancelled that order the same day that is 9th april 2019. I was supposed to get refund with 3-5 working days according to the amazon refund policy. After 5 days when i contacted them and told them about not getting refund they told me that the refund has been initiated from there side ref. No.[protected] but the amount is not added to my account. The bank denied to do any such thing and said we don't have that facility. Please resolve this issue as it is not a small amount and i want my refund. Was this information helpful? | |
