Dear Sir,
On dated 24th of June-2019, I went to Paytm website in order to recharge my Vodafone mobile no. [removed] through my Indian Bank Debit Card. My order nos. are [protected], [protected], [protected] & the transaction date is 24.6.2019 & transaction timings are 8.32, 8.38 & 8.43 p.m ( i.e during night time ). In all the three transactions, i.e Rs. 100 X 3 = Rs. 300 was instantly debited from my “ Saving Bank Account ” ( i.e individually three times by Rs. 100 each time ) but my above-mentioned mobile no. was not recharged, at all. It should have been recharged by Rs. 300. My Saving Bank Account No. of Indian Bank is “ [removed] ”. Therefore, due to this, all the three failed transactions, now, I want Rs. 300 to be instantly credited to my Indian Bank, S.B account no. [removed] ( all details as mentioned above ). Therefore, kindly credit my S.B Account no. of Indian bank, due to this, all the three failed transactions.
Kindly make a call to my under-mentioned mobile number, positively at any time.

I Booked a Bus ticket from Paytm on 1st July 2019. For some reasons, I canceled my ticket. The refund process is initiated from Paytm side but the refund amount is not reflected on my bank balance. kindly look into the matter.
