[Resolved] Indian Bank — complaints | |||
I hv been issued a refund of rs.24 on 29th june by amazon thru utr no. 286710 and the amount supposed to come in my account by 4th july but still not reflected in my account. I hv called customer service but they are not responding at all. So i hv to file this complaint. I hv faced these type of difficulties in getting refund by the same bank. Indian bank sendhamangalam branch manager is not responding the customers and the staff shows their attitude...just for small work they make people to come back everyday or just asking people to come back after 2days...
