Indian Bank — Complaints for refund

Hello sir. I ordered a book on amazon on 09.07.2020. It was delivered to me on july 15th. My order id:[protected]. I sent it back because it was in very bad condition and registered for a refund. My refund has not yet been paid into my bank account. When i phoned the amazon customer service center and complained about this they said that we refund was paid into your bank account by 01.18 on 21.07.2020 and will be credited to your bank account by 26.07.2020. When i visited my bank account today there was no credit in my bank account. So when they contacted the amazon customer that the refund amount was not ₹ 560 credit they asked them to register a charge dispute. Indian bank customers are also asked to contact the service center. When i called the indian banking service center they were denied that there were no charge dispute options. Also send refund reference number 30005402040191130402042 to amazon.
