A refund has been raised by amazon for an amount of rs.5399 on[protected]. The refund initialisation was successful from their end and i have received a refrence number but the amount has not yet been credited to my account. Please process the refund from your end. Swift action is much appreciated.

My name is maheshwaran and i had ordered a product on amazon india for rs.59999 on 13 july 2020 but i returned it due to display issues and i got the mail that refund was processed on 25 july from amazon and today it's 31 july and i still haven't received the amount in my bank. Amazon sent me this reference no. 30005402080195122646228 and told me to file charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have this policy.
So please respond to this complaint.. It's very urgent.

Hello this is aman mandloi and i had ordered product of rs.2605 (Royal canin maxi starter, 4kg) in amazon on 7th of july 2020 and after 7th of july 2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 13th of july
Amazon initiated the amount to my upi but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

Hai i have purchased amazon buotique face wash but i have cancelled that on 3 rd of july they processed me amount on 16 july only but still now i didn't get a refund ount ₹274 in amazon side they said amount should be credited butbi didnt get so please get back my amount soon as possible

My refund amount is given by Amazon but not credit in my account

I placed a product on amazon on 17 march 2020 and paid some amount. Then i cancelled my product, but my amount is not credited into my account.
After that i contact to amazon customer care they said that they have sent money to my account and gave the reference numbers. I recieved a mail with reference numbers on 31 march 2020. Till now i did not recieved my amount.

Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

I transferred money 1340/from my account to another account by phone pay app then money deducted from account and receiver has not received money. Which money i have lost please as soon as possible refund in my account.

I returned a saree on july 18th 2020 and the refund amount has been initiated on that day itself from amazon but i didn't get the amount in my account till now.. Please check me and solve my problem.

On july 19th 2020, amazon initiated a refund of rs.552 to my indian bank account with a refund reference number and the money has not reflected back to my account yet.

I have to send 100rupees my account to another account in google pay but failed for the transaction and no money for my account only zero balance sir, please replace for my amount 100
