Sir amazon initiated a refund for 1011rs on august 3rd 2020 and they send a notification about successful refund of amount with reference number i entered below this.. The deadline one 10 working days also passed but still now the amount is not reflected in my account please make the pending payment reflect in my account as soon as possible

    My name is ankit kumar and i had ordered product of rs 425 amount surf excel detergent in amazon on 28 july 12:40 min but product is damage so i returned this order and on 1 august 2020 in 2:58 min
    Amazon initiated the amount to my debit card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
    Rrn 74766510216030579416938 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
    Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected]

                I wish to bring to your attention that I hold an account under the name Sati Mandal and
                account number[protected] & I ordered a item on 28-July-2020 for Rs. 1428/- from
                Amazon.in and pay by my Indian Bank debit card, later I cancelled .
                Amazon.in refund me amount of Rs.1428/- on 4 August 2020 with transaction
                reference #30005402110210172585897 in my Indian Bank account.
                Still I did not get refund amount .
                I would highly appreciate your assistance and hope that you will address this problem
                soon.

                  I return my product on 31/06/2020. Refund money expect credit on 6/07/2020 Amazon initiated my refund process and they give RRN.I reach my branch he tell wait for 1 week but my Refund amount will be not credited till now. Please resolve the problem.

                                        I ordered a redmi note 9 pro max and i paid money using indian bank debit card. Later i cancelled the order.. Amazon refunded me on 29 july 2020..
