Indian Bank — did not get money refund on failed online transactions | |||
One month ago i tried booking tickets from irctc app using my indian bank debit card. Booking has failed 5 times. But 140 rupees got debited from my card 5 times. I wrote complaint to irctc. They replied that money will get refunded in 7 days to your bank account. But i have not got any money refund in my bank account. Please refund my money. Money does not grow on trees.
