Indian Bank — did not receive the refund amount | |||
I have purchased a phone from amazon on july 30 by making payment of 9799 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on aug 13 with refund reference number of[protected]. I visited branch for solution and they didnt give any proper response for this. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. Kindly look into the issue and refund my money at the earliest please. Was this information helpful? | |||
