Indian Bank — electricity payment

I had payment of electricity bill rs.4750 through amazon app from my indian bank account on dec7, 2019
But the payment was failed
Amazon executive said that your amount will be refund within 4 to 5 days
I got mail from amazon on dec12, 2019
Your refund for amount 4750 has been successfully processed on dec7, and the amount should reflect in your bank now
Refund reference # 750620
After that i continuously called amazon customer care they instructed me to file a complaint in charge dispute
