I ordered a phone in exchange offer but my phone was rejected so amazon initiated the refund on 10 march but i havent recieved the refund yet

I tried to transfer money from my Indian Bank Savings account to a person who also has an Indian Bank savings account, but I got the error 350 - above maximum balance. I tried at least 15 times since yesterday.
