I ordered a smartphone from amazon samsung galaxy a30 on 20th march 2019 for 17090rs by debit card and cancelled the order on 21st march 2019. Amazon told me that they'll refund me the amount by 5working days and i've still not got the refund. They've provided me the above reference number and told me to contact bank but the bank is asking for the utr no which amazon doesn't have.
Pls do the needful as the amount for me is very huge.

I have ordered food in zomato on Friday(22nd March) by using Indian Bank debit card. The money was deducted from the bank, but the order has not placed. I have received a mail from zomato regarding the refund like" your money will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days". I have not received the money yet. I had Ordered A product on amazon on 14th march
and due to the location pincode code problem the product has cancled automatically on 20th march
but till now i did not get my refund
i had call amazon custumer care
and indian bank custumer care
amazon has said that reer to your bank
but i had went to my bank but they didn't answered it
and i had visited the branch but no use
i had asked them for charge dispute but they actually don't know about that
this is my complaint

Sir i purchase a gift card through indian bank debit card to amazon money debited my account and order is success. After 30 minute i cancel this order. Amazon given me txn is for refund but this id bank customer care was not accepted my money is pending. Amazon says that he already money transfer my account but does not shown this txn and money not come.

I have booked train tickets on paytm the booking was failed and the amount was debited on 24.3.2019 and it wasn't refunded till to my account. Ive called customer care they said it will be refunded in 2 working days
But till not yet refunded. I tried booking in sunday so they said tat day bank holiday so you have to wait 2 working days. Please refund it as soon as possible.. Thank you

I did make a payment of rs 10Hip0 for post office application. The amount was debited from my account.but the payment is not successful. So please check the transactions and refund it. Otherwise I will dispute my transactions

As per them as lodged complain on spgrs andref no: ibcwe[[protected]] its still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Then again yest i registered ibcwe[[protected]]. Please look into this matter as its very serious

I have purchased a product from Amazon worth 1999. I didn't satisfied with the performance of product so I returned my product to Amazon, amazon refunded my money 1999 on March 6th, the reference n.o[protected] ...but the money not credited in my account, so please solve my problem as soon as possible

I have done online transaction on March 12 (9.25 am) of Rs.2713.5 to pay my college fees but that was not paid, transaction was not complete and error occurred. Bank didn't refund the amount in 3 days.

Transaction failed money is not coming bank. Even enquiring bank and customer care no use. Amazon had given refund to me for cancelling order and they had given reference id, but indian bank doesn't giving money back and i had enquired local bank and filled a form they said you will get money back within 40 days but even 4 months i didn't get money back. I am facing the issue only with indian bank.
