Indian Bank — Error:109 inactive or pending activation error - activate the indian bank net banking

Dear sir,
I am nirmala ganesan from morepalayam, i owing an indian bank account with no[protected] in tiruchengode branch and i requested for net banking. They provided a secret login password on 30/06/2017. They told me that it was activated but when i try to access that, it shows an error:109 inactive or pending activation error. But till now (10/07/2017) i could not able to access that. Please help me on that. My inet pin reference no is 4080371.
