On july 10, 2017, i, utkarsh pathak, went to indian bank, bahraich, up to deposit the registration fee for karnataka cet counselling. Last date for the same was also july 10. It was really disappointing there as the whole bank staff keep on fidgeting with computer but could not deposit the fee and keeping me in waiting for 3hrs replied we can't help. My friends had got the same fee submission done from other respective branches within minutes. It was really unexpected from such a reputed institution.

    Dear sir,
    I am nirmala ganesan from morepalayam, i owing an indian bank account with no[protected] in tiruchengode branch and i requested for net banking. They provided a secret login password on 30/06/2017. They told me that it was activated but when i try to access that, it shows an error:109 inactive or pending activation error. But till now (10/07/2017) i could not able to access that. Please help me on that. My inet pin reference...

    I tried to book a cake through online yesterday night. I made 3 attempts where two were failed and one was correct. For my first wrong attempt, I got my money back and for the second one I asked the website customer care and they said that your order is not successful but my money in debit card has been deducted. Didn't get the refund till now. Hope I get a quicker and better reply :)

      I am a senior citizen of 74 years old. I went to submit two dirty notes of two thousand rupees to my Savings Bank Account at the Chinsurah branch. The bank authorities did not accept the notes and they did not help in any way. They have done a lot of abuses with me and said that I will not be able to submit this Tk 2, 000 notes in any way. These notes are completely stagnant. They have misbehaved with me in different ways. Where can I deposit these notes roaming all around, being an elderly citizen? According to the Circular of Reserve Bank of India, I came to know that these notes can be deposited in any Indian Savings Bank Account. I am protesting about this. Why are they not depositing my notes to the bank? I appeal to you so that these notes are changed or submitted. I am very much against the bank authorities and grieved with their attitude.

        I, Mrityunjoy Das, a beholder of an account in Indian Bank, wants to convey you a serious grievance that I encountered a few days ago. On 29 June 2017, I paid a visit to the local S.B.I ATM to withdraw a sum of Rs.10, 000 for my own needs and convenience. Unfortunately, after I accepted the withdrawn money that consisted of five two thousand rupee currency notes, I discovered that three out of the five notes were in a very pitiable and filthy condition. There was no scope for me to replace them at that moment and thus, I was hopeless.
        Due to the urgent emergence of my monetary needs, I rushed to the Chinsurah Branch (753) of the Indian Bank for the immediate replacement of the distorted and dirty notes on the following day. On approaching the authorized representatives for the replacement of the said notes, they offered a direct refusal to my formal inquisition to replace the three currency notes. Moreover, they paid no heed to my priority and kept on openly harassing me through various means. They kept me waiting for a long period, and on further approach, they proposed a total denial for the required replacement. Furthermore, they went on arguing with me, irrespective of my courteous requests. The manager, as well as their representatives, clearly stated that they bear no responsibility for these types of filthy notes, offered by the ATMs. With a complete failure in my purpose, I had to retreat back and make another provisions of money.
        I want to know a fruitful procedure that will enable to replace the said currency notes that is in my present possession. I am the sole bread-earner for the family, and want to replace these notes as soon as possible.
        Nevertheless, I am very much displeased with the pessimistic interaction with the Indian Bank representatives. I do not know the root cause of such immoral attitude they bore against me. I am an accountholder and serving an accountholder must be a bank’s motto. I was very much astonished and dissatisfied with such obscene behavior on the part of the bank representatives. Please take the necessary action.

            I am operating sb a/c @indian bank thudialur branch coimbatore.
            I experience that rhe atm &cdm provided in this branch goes non functional frequently resulting in customer contacting staff on this issue. Though the staff of this branch are extremely cooperative this problem continues to create hardship to atm users.
            Further a displays on various bank charges for transactions need to be displayed as we come to know of it when pass book is printed.
            Kindly look into the matter and arrange to do needful.

                I paid through my debit card to yatra.com on 3rd jan 2017. Since the service was not availed, they refunded the amount same day and stated that "depending upon my bank" the refund would be credited within 2-7 days.
                I have contacted my home branch, yelahanka, bangalore. I was told - after more than 15 visits spread across 3 months - that i have to contact yatra, since indian bank has not received funds.

                          I have an account in indian bank in salem (Alagusamuuthram branch) and i received an atm card on 03-05-17. I tried to set my pin number but in this branch the atm is not working properly there is lot of issues happen so i went tharamangalam branch same issue happned there also.in tharamangaalam branch atm machine is hanged because the ac is not working properly so it's getting hot in there so the server is affected i could't stay just 10 mins in that atm. Then how the machine works properly. Finaly now how can i set my pin number. And please consider my request to view the (Alagusamuuthram branch) atm because if the atm is not working then we have to travel atleast 8 km.

                              It has been now more than 10 days since you have passed on the complaint to Indian bank but not a single response has been received from their end nor the amount has been debited to my account.
                              It has been almost 3 months since the amount of Rs 3760 has been credited from my account and after repeated mails no action has been taken in account to resolve the issue.
                              It's​ been long enough that we are patiently requesting for money but they are doing no efforts to even respond to our emails.
                              It's simply a disgrace that such a high rank bank don't even care about their customers. It's my humble request to take some necessary actions and debit the amount along with the compensation amount.
                              All the proofs have already been attached in the complaint forum earlier.

                              I was booking a flight from GOIBIBO on 17th march 2017 at 11:19 a.m. but due to some technical error the transaction got failed. But an amount of Rs 3760 was debited from my account.
                              I have filed an online complaint twice on the Indian Bank website but still no response has been received from their end.
                              I even went to the Indian Bank main branch in vellore and filled a complaint form regarding the transaction but no reply has been received till date.
                              I have been in regular contact with the PG Support for the past two months now (as told by your customer care center person) and even after providing them with all the details they asked for, they are now replying that no such transaction has taken place.
                              Even after repeated complaints and giving you substantial amount of time the money hasn't been credited back to my account.
                              Even after that a number of complaints have been sent to Indian Bank by me and my father(Dr. Suresh Sharma - Prof. in Panjab University Chandigarh) but the money hasn't been refunded back.
                              It has simply become a mental torture now as it is been almost two months and we are regularly requesting them to pay back but all our efforts are going in vain.
                              Please I request you to seriously look into this matter and credit back the amount of Rs 3760 along with compensation amount. I am enclosing copies of all the complaints written to the Bank during the last two months, and request you to expedite the matter.

                                    I had ordered a mobile from paytm on 19th may. Paid the amount of rs. 7745.72 through indian bank rupay debit card.

                                    Due to some reasons, had cancelled the same on 20th may. Paytm had immediately issued a refund. But ever after so many days, and following up with indian bank customer care, and [protected]@billdesk.com, my refund is not processed. I have also logged an online complain at indian bank website.
