Indian Bank — files a charge dispute regarding refund | |
Sir, i ordered a product in amazon on 12-04-19.. And cancelled that on 12-04-19.. They initiated the refund on 15-04-19.. But still now i'm not getting my refund. The seller gave the reference number.. 75503729103028631252975 this is the reference number.. They told me to contact the bank's customer care and confirm the refund by saying the reference number to them.. But the bank still now not responding.. I need my refund. Otherwise i will go to consumer court..
