Indian Bank — Fund transfer failed thrice but debited my account.Reason not mentioned . Refund credit must be given immediately.I am in need.of

I have made a fund transfer of Rs 50000, Rs50000 and Rs1000 one after another to my beneficiary account in South Indian Bank Pala branch through IMP on 2/07/2021 unfortunately three transfers failed but the 3.transfers debited in my account with out stating any reasons.As I am urgently in need of the fund please give refund credit in my account for Rs 101000 without any delay.Ihave been a customer since 1989 and this may be taken as poor service on the part of bank.Urgent redressal is expecting.
