Indian Bank — I am complaining about refund process

I have ordered a product from amazon but due to some reason i cancelled it on 13th december 2020. They initiated my refund on 13th january 2020 itself. But i still didn't get my refund.
Kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have ordered a product of Rs.433 from Amazon but due to some reason I cancelled the order on 13/01/2020. They initiated my refund on 13/1/2020 itself. But still I did not get the refund.
Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and refund my money. Please do the needful at the earliest.resolve the issue early as soon as possible.
