Indian Bank — I Am complaining for my refund | |||
A refund of 9999 rupees was successfully processed on 23-january 2020 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my indian bank account by now, but i have not received the refund till now. I have called the indian bank customer serviceand provided all the details many times including the refund reference number (#045290) but nobody has resolved the problem. No action is being taken I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund. Actually i have ordered an item feburary 7...which i have cancelled on the same day of feburary 7...But still i am not getting my refund amount...Now the date will be feb 14...My amazon refund reference number#175360...please kindly make a necessary action...n please process my refund as soon as possible
