Indian Bank — I cannot withdraw money

Hi.am studying in china my name is dharshini.i opend the account on 2019 February I could not able to withdraw money my parents have been complaint again and again in bank but no response am my branch villupuram district melmalayanur. Am using with my friend atm card. But they are indian bank card holders for them they can withdraw money. So help me to withdraw money and clear my problem I need to pay my college fees. Thank you
