Indian Bank — I'm complaining about missing of xerox copy of original documents

Ref no:hlb261315. I have submitted all the xerox copy of original plot transaction documents (Pathram). Finally at irp coimbatore center, the xerox copy of all the documents are missing. Again i have been asked to give the xerox copy of all original documents. Where went wrong? Please investigate. My worry is all about that the missed xerox copy should not be misused.
