Indian Bank — indian bank - refund amount

As i have ordered a product from amazon and cancelled the order immediately, so the refund amount initiated from their end on 19.02.19 and the reference no is:[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till date. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute. We try to raise a complaint for the refund, but the customer care hesitate to take the complaint.
Kindly help us to get the refund amount asap.
