Indian Bank — lapmate keyboard replacement #[protected] | |||
I have not received the refund amount of rs 590 from amazon india which was processed from amazon on the 10 th mar 20, And the payment reference # [protected] has not been credited into the account #[protected]. I have contacted the amazon regarding this issue but their accounting department says they have already processed the payment and that from their end they have sent the money to the account but when we checked the statement there is no deposit made. Amazon says only when the bank accepts the money that they get a reference number generated. This is banks fault that they have not credited the amount in the account, so kindly do the needful and investigate into the pending transaction. Was this information helpful? | |||
