Indian Bank — looking for a refund from amazon through indian bank

I cancelled an order on amazon and the refund was processed from their side on 20/9/2018 and i was promised to recieve it by 28/9/2018. However, no refund has been recieved yet. Today i called them and they confirmed that the refund has been completed from their side and i need to file a dispute on indian bank. They provided me a reference number[protected]. Now tell me what is going on? Who is going to refund my money to my bank account???
